Why Baltimore Moms Are Already Booking Their Santa Sessions (Yes, In the Summer)

Why Baltimore Moms Are Already Booking Their Santa Sessions (Yes, In July and August)

Okay friend. Sit down. I need to talk to you about Santa.

I know. It’s ninety-something degrees outside, you’re covered in sunscreen and pool water, and I’m over here saying the word “Christmas” like it’s a normal July activity. But stay with me, because this is exactly the kind of thing I’d tell you over double-bagged green tea with honey (my fav afternoon drink-don’t judge... me I will also accept a crisp skinny lemon drop martini if it’s after 5) if we were sitting on my deck right now.

Here’s the truth. If you want Santa mini sessions this year, in Baltimore or Annapolis or really anywhere in Maryland, the smart move is booking now, not in November when you’re drowning in school schedules, soccer practice, and the fifty other things moms juggle without anyone noticing how hard we’re working.

So let’s talk about why.

Because November-you does not have time for this

You know November-you. She’s frantic. She’s ordering Advent calendars at 11pm. She’s trying to remember if the tween has a project due. She does not have the bandwidth to be scrolling through photographer availability hoping there’s one Saturday slot left before Christmas cards need to go out.

July-you, though? July-you is basically a superhero. July-you can lock in a date, pick an outfit without panic, and then completely forget about it until it’s time to show up and have fun. That’s the whole gift you’re giving yourself.

Because my calendar fills up fast, and I mean that literally

I run a private studio, fully planned, fully organized, down to the last detail, because I want you walking in feeling confident instead of scrambling. That kind of process takes real time per session. Which means my Santa mini session dates are limited on purpose. Once they’re gone for Baltimore and Annapolis families, they’re gone. I’d rather you get the date and time that actually works for your family than settle for whatever’s left in mid-November.

What To Wear To Your Holiday Photo Shoot

Because you deserve Christmas photos that don’t look like everyone else’s

Can we talk about this for a second? I am so over cookie-cutter, seen-it-a-million-times Christmas photos. The stiff poses. The matching plaid nobody actually wanted to wear. If that’s not your vibe either, we’re going to get along great.

My whole approach is built so you get something genuinely unique for our market, real emotion, real personality, real you, without sacrificing an ounce of comfort during the shoot. You should leave feeling like that was actually fun, not like you survived something.

Because this is bigger than a photo session, honestly

Here’s the thing about me. I built this business while raising my own girls, tweens and teens now, and if there’s one thing I believe in, it’s showing them that you can build a career doing something you genuinely love. I’m not always the mom who turns every moment into a Very Important Life Lesson. Sometimes a conversation is just a conversation. But this business, the way I run it, the care I put into it? That’s me showing them what’s possible, out loud, every single day.

When you book with me, you’re not just getting Christmas photos in Baltimore or Christmas photos in Annapolis. You’re getting someone who takes the craft seriously and does not take herself too seriously at all. Both things, always, at the same time.

So here’s what I’m asking

Baltimore mama, Annapolis mama, wherever you’re reading this from in Maryland, go ahead and grab your Santa session now while the good dates are still open. Future you, the one wrapping presents and stressing about cards, is going to be so relieved you did.

Let’s make something beautiful together this Christmas.

GO AHEAD, BOOK YOUR SESSION HERE
