As your Baltimore and Annapolis maternity photographer, I’m here to make sure this season of your life gets the same love you’re about to pour into everyone else.

My studio sessions are relaxed, a little goofy, and genuinely fun, because that’s how you get real, glowing, gorgeous images instead of stiff and posed ones. You walk in as yourself and walk out with portraits that actually look like the most beautiful version of this moment.

Annapolis Studio Maternity Photographer

First pregnancy or fifth, this season is a big deal, and once your baby arrives life gets loud and full and fast. Booking your maternity session is basically permission to pause and soak this in before the beautiful chaos begins.

Sessions happen right here in my private studio in Pasadena, Maryland, serving the Baltimore and Annapolis area. I handle every detail so you can just show up and enjoy it, including professional hair and makeup and access to my client closet full of bump-friendly gowns if you want one more excuse to feel gorgeous.

How far in advance should I book my maternity session?

As soon as you know you want one, honestly. Bumps grow fast and my calendar as a Baltimore and Annapolis maternity photographer fills up quickly, so I recommend booking as soon as you hit your second trimester to lock in the sweet spot between 28 and 34 weeks. That said, if you’re reading this and you’re already at 30 weeks, don’t panic, message me and let’s see what we can do.

What should I bring to my session?

Great question, and I have opinions. Bring a nude strapless bra and nude undergarments as your base layer, plus heels in a few different colors, think black, white, nude, and one fun pop of color if you’ve got it. Oh, and jewelry, the sparklier the better. A little shimmer goes a long way in studio photography and instantly elevates the whole look.

Do I need to bring my own outfits?

Nope, that’s what I’m here for. As a maternity photography studio serving Baltimore and Annapolis, my client closet is full of pieces ready for you to choose from, so even if you show up empty handed you’ll walk out with stunning images.

Can I bring sentimental items to include in my photos?

Absolutely, I love this. If you’ve got a wedding veil, a teddy bear that’s going to belong to this baby, an ultrasound photo, or anything else with meaning, bring it. Those little details are what make your maternity session feel like it’s actually yours and not just a pretty picture.

What if I don’t know how to pose?

That makes two of us worrying about nothing, because as your maternity photographer I guide you through every single pose in studio. You don’t need to know your angles or your best side, that’s literally my job. You just show up and trust the process.

What happens if the weather is bad for an outdoor session?

If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we can reschedule for another day or move the session to an indoor location. We’ll stay in touch and make the best decision together.
